Thomas & Betts RBB217 Vinyl Insulated Butt Splice

The Thomas & Betts Sta-Kon RBB217 Vinyl Insulated Butt Splice is a blue, expanded-entry crimp connector that permanently joins two 16–14 AWG conductors with a secure butt splice connection. Made from electrolytic copper with an electro tin-plated finish, it delivers reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance, and its expanded-entry vinyl insulation sleeve simplifies wire insertion while providing strain relief and insulation protection. With a 1.13 in overall length and a 0.23 in barrel outside diameter, the expanded-entry barrel accepts insulation up to 0.180 in and is rated for 600 V and 105°C. Part of the Sta-Kon RBB Series, it is UL Listed (UL File E9809), CSA Certified, and RoHS compliant, and is commonly used in industrial control panels, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, automotive wiring, OEM machinery, and commercial electrical installations by maintenance electricians, OEM manufacturers, and system integrators for new installations, repairs, and replacements.
