Thomas & Betts PB348 Panel Base

The Thomas & Betts PB348 Panel Base is a rear-entry, single-lever locking panel base from the Pos-E-Kon line, designed to securely mount B48, K24, V20, V26, V32, D128, and DD216 series rectangular connector inserts in panel enclosures. It is made from die-cast aluminum alloy with an epoxy powder-coated finish and provides IP65 protection when fully mated with the appropriate hood and gasket; the unit is supplied without a gasket or cover. The base supports 48 + ground contacts (series dependent), handles up to 600 VAC and 10/16 A, and operates from -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C), with rear-entry mounting and a non-slip lever plus laser-etched labeling. Dimensions are 6.50 × 6.18 × 1.61 in, and it is used in industrial automation, robotics, packaging, conveyors, machine building, and power distribution, favored by maintenance technicians, OEMs, and system integrators for new installations, upgrades, or replacements; it is CSA Certified and RoHS compliant, with IEC 529 and DIN VDE 0470 standards.
