The Thomas & Betts LB28SST Form 8 LB Conduit Body provides corrosion-resistant access for pulling, splicing, and maintaining conductors in 3/4‑inch rigid metal conduit (RMC) and IMC systems installed in corrosive industrial environments. Manufactured from marine-grade Type 316 stainless steel with a polished finish, it offers a NEMA 4X enclosure when used with the included cover, neoprene gasket, and stainless steel screws. The Form 8 LB conduit body supports 90-degree conduit direction changes, and its flat-back design increases wiring capacity, with maintenance electricians, OEM manufacturers, and system integrators using it for new installations, conduit routing, maintenance access, and replacement of existing stainless steel conduit fittings. It carries UL Listing (UL 514A/514B, File E2969), CSA Certification, and Federal Specification W-C-586D.
