Thomas & Betts KNF18-187-32FDM Fully Insulated Female Disconnect

The Thomas & Betts KNF18-187-32FDM Fully Insulated Female Disconnect is a 22–16 AWG quick-disconnect terminal designed to provide secure, removable connections in control panels, PLC cabinets, HVAC equipment, motor controls, and other industrial automation assemblies, a setup frequently used by system integrators.

This female disconnect mates with standard 0.187 × 0.032 in male tabs and features molded red nylon insulation with a copper sleeve, electro-tin plated brass contact, funnel entry with internal barrel serrations for strain relief and vibration resistance, and an overall length of 0.795 in (barrel length 0.433 in).

It is rated for up to 600 VAC and 105°C, UL Listed (File E66716), CSA Certified (File LR4503), and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for terminal blocks, instrumentation panels, OEM machinery, and other electrical distribution equipment; common replacements include KNF18-187-20FDM, KNF18-250FDM, and KVF18-187-32FDM.
