Thomas & Betts F2039 Sta-Kon Covered Ferrule Terminal

The Thomas & Betts F2039 Sta-Kon Covered Ferrule terminates 12 AWG (4.00 mm²) stranded conductors for secure, reliable connections in screw clamp terminal blocks and control equipment. This gray polypropylene insulated ferrule features copper contact with an electro tin-plated finish and measures 0.787 in. (20 mm) overall length, 0.472 in. (12 mm) pin length, 0.114 in. (2.9 mm) pin diameter, 0.189 in. (4.8 mm) base diameter, and a 12 mm strip length, designed to prevent wire strand fraying and improve electrical conductivity in industrial automation, machine building, electrical control systems, instrumentation panels, HVAC equipment, and commercial electrical installations. It is commonly installed in industrial control panels, PLC systems, switchgear, power distribution assemblies, and OEM electrical cabinets and is used by maintenance electricians, panel builders, OEM manufacturers, and system integrators for new installations, equipment maintenance, retrofit projects, and replacement terminations. The F2039 is part of the Sta-Kon insulated covered ferrules series, rated to 105°C and 300 V, with UL 94 V-2 flammability, and certified to DIN 46228 Part 4, UL E489056, and CSA standards; RoHS3, REACH, and TSCA Section 6(h) compliance are noted.
