The Thomas & Betts Sta-Kon 40–50 Navy Non-Insulated Ring Terminal Lug provides a secure, high-current termination that connects 40–50 Navy conductors to a 3/8 in. stud or bolt, delivering a vibration-resistant crimp when installed with compatible tooling. Crafted from electrolytic copper with an electro tin-plated finish, it offers excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance for marine and industrial power-distribution applications. This non-insulated, straight-crimp barrel terminal uses a compression crimp connection and carries ratings up to 600 V and 150°C, suitable for marine electrical systems, naval equipment, switchgear, and heavy-duty cable terminations. Common replacements include Thomas & Betts K30-38, L40-38, and M250-38.
