THK HSR35-600L(GK) High Rigidity Linear Guide Rail

The THK HSR35-600L(GK) is a 600 mm long, 35 mm rail-profile four-row recirculating ball linear guide rail designed for high-load, high-accuracy motion in THK’s HSR35 GK-series systems. It mates with THK HSR35 bearing blocks (HSR35R, HSR35LR, HSR35A, HSR35LA and compatible variants) and uses an 80 mm mounting-hole pitch, with M8 mounting holes, an end distance of 20 mm, and an effective thread depth of 17 mm. The rail is made from hardened bearing steel with a surface hardness of 58–64 HRC and measures 34 mm wide by 30 mm high, featuring a corrosion-resistant GK Series design for long service life. Features include precision-ground raceways, four-way equal load capability, high rigidity, self-aligning performance, and low-friction operation, delivering smooth motion and repeatable positioning.
