The THK SHS25LC1QZZZ Unmounted Bearing Block delivers high rigidity and long, maintenance-free operation for precision linear motion on THK SHS25 guide rails. This long-flanged LC block (25 mm guide size) uses caged-ball technology with integrated QZ lubrication and ZZZ seals (end, side, inner seals, and metal scrapers) to provide four-way equal-load support and low-friction travel. It is designed for heavy applications such as CNC machining centers, electronics manufacturing equipment, factory automation, medical devices, material handling, pick-and-place machines, and automated inspection systems where precise positioning and low noise are essential. Made from hardened bearing steel, it mounts via flanged tapped holes on the SHS25 LM Guide Rail and features a radial clearance of C1 (light preload).
