The THK HSR65R1SSC1 (GK) Linear Bearing Block delivers high-load, high-precision linear motion for THK HSR65 guide systems, featuring a four-row recirculating ball design and a compact top-surface mount. This R-type block uses SS end, side, and inner seals with a C1 light preload for smooth operation, four-way equal-load capability, and self-aligning raceways, compatible with 65 mm rails. It has a hardened bearing steel body and provides a basic dynamic load rating of 195 kN and a basic static load rating of 355 kN, with lubrication options of grease or oil (standard grease AFB-LF) and a grease nipple B-PT1/8; QZ lubricator compatibility is supported. Operating temperatures span –15°C to 80°C, making it suitable for CNC milling machines, machining centers, gantry systems, industrial robots, semiconductor equipment, packaging machinery, precision inspection equipment, and heavy-duty automated production lines, with maintenance teams, machine builders, and system integrators often implementing it for repairs, retrofits, and upgrades.
