The THK HSR20LR1DDM (GK) Linear Guide Rail Block is a long-block, four-way equal-load precision recirculating ball bearing carriage designed for THK HSR20 guide rails, delivering higher load capacity and rigidity than standard blocks. Its dimensions are 44 mm wide, 30 mm high, and 90 mm long, with a basic dynamic load rating of 23.9 kN and a basic static load rating of 35.8 kN, and its long-block construction offers greater moment load resistance for demanding applications. Made from hardened bearing steel, it features grease lubrication with an integrated lubrication port, DDM double end seals, and a top-mount with tapped holes for straightforward installation.
