THK C14 Cap Plug For LM Guide Rails

The THK C14 Cap Plug is a rail mounting hole cap designed to seal unused or exposed mounting holes on THK LM Guide rails, preventing chips, dust, coolant, and other contaminants from entering the mounting holes and helping protect guide performance. Sized for rails that use M14 mounting bolts, it is press-fitted into the rail mounting hole after the bolt is installed, creating a flush surface and reducing debris intrusion into the LM block. Made from engineered resin in THK's standard cap finish (color varies by production), this LM Guide accessory is part of THK's C Cap accessory series and is commonly used on CNC machine tools, automation equipment, semiconductor machinery, and industrial manufacturing systems during assembly, maintenance, or bolt replacement; outside diameter 23.5 mm and height 5.7 mm.
