The Timken Company 417134 Radial Shaft Oil Seal

The Timken National 417134 is a radial shaft oil seal designed to retain lubricants and prevent contaminants from entering rotating equipment. Its Type 41, multi-lip with spring design uses a nitrile (NBR) sealing element and a steel case with inner case, with Redi-Coat for easier installation. It fits a shaft diameter of 2.875 in (73.025 mm), outside diameter 4.130 in (104.902 mm), housing bore 4.125 in (104.775 mm), and overall width of 0.375 in (9.525 mm), and it handles up to 3000 ft/min shaft speed with misalignment tolerance of 0.015 in at 800 rpm and 0.010 in at 4200 rpm, operating -40°F to 225°F.
