Timken 010-10874 V-belt idler pulley is a single-groove V-idler designed for A / 4L belt sections to maintain proper belt tension and tracking in industrial belt-drive and power-transmission systems. It uses a 34° groove angle, a 4.000 in outside diameter (101.6 mm), a 7/8 in face width (22.2 mm), and a bore of 0.635–0.640 in (16.13–16.26 mm) with a hub width of 1/2 in (12.7 mm). The pulley body is pressed steel, with rubber seals and a sealed precision ball bearing (203KRR2) that is factory lubricated and non-relu-bricatable. Common applications include conveyors, agricultural equipment, industrial fans, packaging machinery, processing equipment, and other power-transmission systems requiring reliable belt tracking and tension.
