TEMPCO HDX12-1300CF Cartridge Heater

The TEMPCO HDX12-1300CF Cartridge Heater is a high-density, swaged cartridge heater engineered to deliver concentrated heat directly into precision-bores in molds, dies, sealing equipment, packaging machinery, and plastics-processing systems. Its 3/4-inch diameter and 13-1/4-inch sheath length enable rapid heat transfer and excellent temperature uniformity for continuous-duty operation in OEM tooling. This 500 W heater operates at an OEM-configured voltage and features a stainless-steel sheath (series dependent) with precision bore mounting for reliable performance in industrial process heating and OEM manufacturing equipment. Maximum operating temperature is 1400°F (760°C). Designed for repair, retrofit, expansion, or replacement of worn or failed cartridge heaters, the HDX12-1300CF is compatible with molds, dies, platen heating, heat sealing equipment, and plastics processing machinery.
