Tech80 5650 Motion Control Card ISA 16-Bit 4-Axis

Tech80 5650 is a 16-bit ISA motion control card that plugs into an IBM/PC-compatible ISA bus and coordinates up to four axes from a single board. It delivers precise command outputs: analog signals of ±10 VDC with 16-bit resolution for direct drive commands, and PWM outputs of 0–5 VDC with 10-bit resolution for duty‑cycle control. The card supports a 1 MHz encoder count rate and is compatible with square‑wave quadrature incremental encoders (Phase A, Phase B, and Index) in single-ended or differential configurations. An 8-channel TTL digital I/O block provides bidirectional signaling for limits, enables, faults, and other I/O signals, enabling integrated motion control for multi-axis automation applications.
