TDK-Lambda DLP100-24-1 C2A AC-DC Switching Power Supply

TDK-Lambda DLP100-24-1/C2A is a DIN-rail mounted AC-DC switching power supply that provides a fixed 24 V output with a maximum current of 4.1 A (approximately 98.4 W) from a universal mains input. It auto-senses input voltages from 85–132 VAC or 170–265 VAC (47–63 Hz) for use worldwide. The output is within 21.6–28 V, with ripple and noise specified up to 360 mV depending on ambient temperature (240 mV from 0 to 60°C). Line regulation is 120 mV and load regulation 192 mV, with a temperature coefficient under 0.05%/°C. Efficiency is typically around 83% at 100/230 VAC, and hold-up time is 20 ms at 100 VAC or 30 ms at 230 VAC. The supply offers robust protections, including Over Voltage Protection in the 30.0–35.0 V range and isolation ratings such as Input-Output 3.0 kVAC, Input-FG 2.0 kVAC (20 mA) for 1 minute, and Output-FG 500 VAC (100 mA) for 1 minute. It supports parallel operation (where applicable) and is suitable for Series Operation, enabling flexible configurations in control panels. Operating temperature ranges from -10 to +60°C (convection cooling; -10 to +50°C at 100% RH, up to 60°C at 70% RH) and humidity from 30 to 90% RH (non-condensing).
