Taisei Kogyo UL-08A Compressed Air Filter Assembly

The Taisei Kogyo UL-08A is a low-pressure, in-line filter assembly that purifies compressed air or hydraulic fluid by removing contaminants to protect downstream components and extend equipment life. With a rated flow of 105 L/min and a maximum working pressure of 3.5 MPa (35 bar), it uses an aluminum alloy housing and Rc 1 in. (25A) connections for straightforward in-line mounting; the unit is compatible with mineral oil, with optional seals for phosphate ester oil or water-glycol fluids. The filter element is replaceable and compatible across UL, UM, and UH Series filters, and the assembly can be equipped with optional visual or electrical clogging indicators, a bypass relief valve, companion flange, or a magnet. Common applications include hydraulic power units, machine tools, industrial automation, and manufacturing systems where clean fluid helps reduce wear, downtime, and maintenance.
