TaeguTec TNMG 160408 ML TT2500 Indexable Carbide Insert

TaeguTec TNMG 160408 ML TT2500 is an indexable carbide turning insert designed for precision turning and metal cutting of steel and stainless steel, commonly installed in CNC lathes, turning centers, and industrial machining equipment. It supports tool replacement, machining operations, production upgrades, and routine maintenance in maintenance teams, machinists, OEMs, and manufacturing facilities. This TNMG (Negative 60° triangular insert) uses an ML chipbreaker, TT2500 grade, and a cemented carbide substrate with a CVD coating (grade-specific). Key dimensions include an inscribed circle of 9.52 mm, insert thickness 4.76 mm, corner radius 0.8 mm, and cutting edge length 16.5 mm; minimum and maximum depths of cut are 1.0 mm and 3.5 mm respectively, with a recommended feed rate of 0.12–0.35 mm/rev.
