Description:
The System Sensor B401B fire detector base provides a mounting and electrical connection interface for System Sensor smoke and heat detectors in commercial fire alarm and life-safety systems. Designed for ceiling or wall mounting, it is surface-mounted with screw terminals and features a flame-retardant plastic housing in white, suitable for -10 °C to +60 °C environments. It operates on 12–24 V DC and is UL listed for compatibility with commercial fire alarm systems, making it ideal for offices, industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, and other commercial properties; maintenance teams and system integrators use it for repair, retrofit, expansion, or replacement, with common replacements including the B401, B401BH, and B210LP.
