Swagelok SS-HFM3B-VCR4-P1-B Gas Pressure Regulator

Swagelok SS-HFM3B-VCR4-P1-B is a high-flow inline gas pressure regulator from the HF Series, designed for fast, stable outlet pressure in ultrahigh-purity gas systems. It uses a 316L VIM-VAR stainless-steel body with electropolished surfaces (Ra ~5 µin / 0.13 µm) and is specified for ultrahigh-purity service (SC-01) with Swagelok Special Cleaning and Packaging (P1) to maintain gas cleanliness. End connections are 1/4 in VCR short gland (VCR4); a VCR4L long-gland option exists, and Swagelok VCR split-nut assemblies must be ordered separately. Spring kits are ordered separately to set the outlet pressure; the trailing designator -B corresponds to a common 5 to 50 psig (0.34 to 3.4 bar) outlet range, while -C and -D configurations provide 10 to 100 psig and 20 to 150 psig respectively, and the -A configuration offers vacuum-to-25 inHg. Inline HFM3B is the model, with a modular MSM-HFM3B variant available, and the regulator is suited for high-flow gas service in semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, and other clean-gas applications where fast response and purity are essential.
