Swagelok KCPCFF5MA2P10000 is a KCP-series compact, piston-sensing pressure regulator that provides precise 0–100 psi downstream pressure from higher supply pressures in a stainless-steel, high-purity-ready package. It features a 316 stainless steel body and a PCTFE seat for chemical compatibility and cleanability, with wetted components including S17400 stainless steel poppet and a 302 stainless steel poppet spring. The regulator is rated for up to 3600 psi (248 bar) inlet pressure and a maximum operating temperature of 176°F (80°C) when using the PCTFE seat, with fluorocarbon seals available in FKM or Kalrez to support compatibility with a range of gases.
