Swagelok Company B-QC4-B1-400 Quick Connect Fitting

The Swagelok B-QC4-B1-400 is a brass instrumentation quick-connect bulkhead body designed to pass a 1/4 in. Swagelok tube through a panel or bulkhead with a secure, leak-tight connection. As part of the QC4 series, it features a 1/4 in. process connection and a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.2, with 0.3 Cv possible when paired with a SESO stem and 0.2 Cv with a DESO stem. Made from brass and using Buna N O-rings as standard, it ships cleaned to the SC-10 specification and is intended for instrument tubing in pneumatic or hydraulic systems. Pressure ratings include 2000 PSIG at 70°F when coupled, 250 PSIG at 70°F when uncoupled, and 250 PSIG for the coupling/uncoupling condition across typical temperature ranges. To complete the connection, this bulkhead body requires a matching stem and nut assembly (SESO or DESO), and is commonly used for through-wall instrumentation in lab benches, process equipment, and other instrumentation setups.
