Swagelok B-OVF2 Valve

Swagelok B-OVF2 is a brass integral bonnet needle valve designed for precise flow control in instrumentation and process lines. This valve features a brass body with an integral bonnet and a regulating stem, providing fine throttling in a compact package. It offers a straight two-way flow pattern with a Cv of 0.09 and an orifice of 0.080 in, with a nominal 1/8 in. connection that is FNPT, and a stem tip made from 316 stainless steel for durability. Maximum service temperature is 400°F (204°C) with a room-temperature pressure rating of 3000 psig at 100°F (206 bar at 37°C); a high-temperature rating is listed as 400°F @ 390 psig (204°C @ 26.8 bar). Cleaning is performed under Swagelok’s standard SC-10 process, reflecting Swagelok’s quality controls for body and stem materials.
