Swagelok 6LV-8-VCR-3-8TB is a 316L VAR stainless steel VCR metal gasket face-seal fitting configured as a long-tube butt-weld gland, delivering a robust, leak-sealed joint for tube-to-flange connections. It features a 1/2 in VCR flange on the fitting side and a 3/8 in tube end, with a tube-wall thickness of 0.035 in for the TBW joint and an overall extension of 0.25 in. Built from 316L VAR stainless steel, the assembly combines corrosion resistance with Swagelok’s VCR gasket face-seal technology to provide a secure, metal-to-metal seal without threaded or compression connections.
