Sun Hydraulics RPECLAN S1041 Hydraulic Pressure Relief Valve

Sun Hydraulics RPECLAN S1041 is a pilot-operated, balanced-piston relief valve (RPEC–LAN configuration) used to protect hydraulic circuits by limiting inlet pressure and throttling flow to tank. Rated for up to 350 bar (approximately 5075 psi) with a 95 L/min (25 gpm) capacity in Series 1, cavity T-10A, it adjusts from roughly 100–3000 psi (7–210 bar) with a common 1000 psi (70 bar) default, and supports Buna-N seals with EPDM, Viton, and polyurethane options. Inlet is port 1 and outlet is port 2; configurations may include handknob or panel-mount control, with compatible material/coating options such as stainless passivated or mild steel zinc-nickel per the model code.
