Sun Hydraulics RPECCAN-3000PSI Pressure Balancing Valve is a pilot-operated, balanced-piston relief cartridge that regulates hydraulic system pressure. Inlet port 1 receives high-pressure fluid, and when the pressure reaches the setpoint, the valve opens to tank via port 2 to hold the system at the desired level. It offers an adjustment range of 100–3,000 psi (7–210 bar) with a maximum operating pressure of 5,000 psi (350 bar), and a leakage rating up to 2 in³/min at 1,000 psi with 110 SUS (24 cSt) oil. Typical response time is about 10 ms, and the adjustment requires roughly five clockwise turns from minimum to maximum, with a 9/16 in hex locknut for secure setting. This valve is intended for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic circuits, protecting components and ensuring stable operation in systems that require adjustable relief up to 3,000 psi.
