Sun Hydraulics 79-NFDCLAN Hydraulic Cartridge Valve

The Sun Hydraulics NFDCLAN is a fully adjustable needle valve cartridge designed to precisely regulate flow in hydraulic circuits. Configured for the NFDC series cavity with a T-5A valve cavity, it features a nominal 0.25 in (6.4 mm) orifice and a flow capacity of 12 gpm (45 L/min). It carries a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar (5,000 psi) and is adjusted over up to five counterclockwise turns from fully closed to fully open. Installation torque is specified at 45–50 lbf-ft (61–68 Nm), with the adjustment screw using a 5/32 in internal hex and the locknut at 9/16 in.
