Sterlco 56-T USNT Industrial Temperature Regulator

The Sterlco 56-T Series Temperature Actuated Water Regulating Valve is a self-modulating, temperature-controlled regulator for cooling water and other fluids in rugged industrial service, delivering automatic flow adjustment without external power. It provides precise control from 40°F to 275°F and is offered in sizes from 3/8" to 2 1/2" NPT, with 2" and 2 1/2" valves available in 125# ANSI flange connections. Smaller-brass bodies cover 3/8"–1 1/2" while larger units use cast iron bodies for 2"–2 1/2" service; the valve employs a heavy-duty direct-acting bellows, Buna-N seat disc, and replaceable seat beads for long life. Each valve is factory-tested in multiple temperature baths to verify performance and reliability. Typical applications include cooling processes in heat exchangers, hydraulic power equipment, hydraulic presses, and other cooling-intensive operations where reliable temperature regulation is essential.
