THERMASGARD® RGTF1 Pt100 is a duct/ exhaust gas temperature sensor from S+S Regeltechnik that uses a Pt100 resistance thermometer (DIN EN 60751) to monitor temperatures in flue gas and other high‑temperature gas streams. The probe integrates a straight protective tube and a robust aluminium connection head, with options for a cable gland or an M12 connector (DIN EN 61076‑2‑101) and includes mounting hardware such as a mounting flange. Available variants cover multiple insertion lengths—the common models include 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm—and longer configurations like 500 mm, with protection ratings specified as IP54 in some versions and IP65 in others depending on the exact end fittings. Output configurations include passive outputs such as a two‑wire (and, in other variants, four‑wire) connections to enable reliable signal transmission in industrial environments. The sensor is designed for direct insertion into ducts or flue paths and can be supplied with accessories such as a spacer piece or distance piece to position the sensing tip appropriately within the gas flow.
