Square D GFM100FA Ground Fault Monitoring Module

The Square D GFM100FA Ground Fault Monitoring Module is an add-on protection accessory for Square D MicroLogic trip systems, designed to provide ground-fault monitoring on three-pole, up to 600 V circuits, with a current-rating range of 20 to 100 A for FH/FC/FA breakers. It detects ground faults and interfaces with the breaker’s MicroLogic trip system to isolate the fault, helping protect equipment and wiring from leakage currents to earth. For field installation, the host breaker must be a Square D F-frame unit with the G suffix; breakers without the G suffix cannot accept the GFM100FA in the field. The GFM100FA is used with FA, FH, and FC family breakers and related Micrologic configurations, enabling 20–100 A protection at up to 600 V in multi-pole arrangements.
