Square D 9012GRG4 Pressure Switch

Square D Telemecanique 9012GRG4 pressure switch is a fixed-differential, SPDT industrial switch designed for open-type NEMA 1 enclosures to automatically start or stop equipment such as pumps or compressors when system pressure crosses a set point. It features a 1/4-18 in FNPT connection, two SPDT contacts (2 circuits), and electrical ratings of 120–600 VAC at up to 10 A (and 125–600 VDC at up to 10 A). The switching range is 1.5–75 PSIG with a fixed differential of about 2.2 PSIG and a maximum service pressure of 240 PSIG. Construction includes a Buna-N diaphragm in a zinc-plated steel housing, with UL-listed and CSA-certified components for industrial use. Media compatibility covers air, gas, hydraulic oil, steam, and water, making it suitable for a range of control applications in industrial plants and equipment.
