Spirax Sarco TD52,M Thermo-Dynamic Steam Trap

Spirax Sarco TD52,M Thermo-Dynamic Steam Trap is a stainless-steel, thermodynamic condensate-trap in Spirax Sarco’s TD52 family, designed to discharge condensate from saturated steam lines with minimal steam loss. It cycles condensate discharge very close to the steam temperature and remains unaffected by water hammer or superheat. The TD52 family supports an operating pressure up to 600 psi g (42 bar g) and a maximum temperature of 800°F (427°C) across all operating pressures, with a minimum operating pressure of 3.5 psi g and a maximum back pressure not to exceed 80% of the inlet pressure for reliable shut-off. TD52M variants cover sizes of 3/8 in, 1/2 in, 3/4 in, and 1 in and use stainless-steel construction with NPT connections. Typical applications include steam main drainage and tracer lines, process equipment, laundry and kitchen equipment, superheated steam lines, and outdoor installations subject to freezing.
