Spirax-Sarco SP7-10-1010150001 Smart Positioner

The Spirax-Sarco SP7-10-1010150001 Smart Positioner is a digital actuator companion for Spirax Sarco NAMUR actuators, converting a control signal into precise valve movement for Spiratrol–style control valves. It accepts 4-20 mA (split range min 8 mA) or fieldbus options (PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus) with 0–100% supply-pressure output and actuator stroke options from 20 mm to 150 mm (or 55° to 90°), supporting single acting, double acting, or fail-vent configurations. Designed for clean air supply of 1.4–6.0 bar (20–87 psi) with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3:3:3 air quality and an IP65 enclosure, it weighs about 1.7 kg (positioner only) with linear (0.78 kg) and rotary (0.4 kg) mounting kit options, and provides high-resolution control (>16,000 AD-conversion steps) with a 20 ms sampling rate for 4-20 mA, HART, and PROFIBUS PA, plus adjustable dead zones and tolerance bands (0.3–10% or 0.1–10%). The SP7-10 family includes SP7-11 (Profibus PA) and SP7-12 (Foundation Fieldbus), and is designed to operate with Spirax Sarco NAMUR actuators such as BVA300, PN9000, PN1600, TN2000, and PNS3000/4000.
