Spirax Sarco MPC2 High Efficiency Compressed Air Filter

Spirax Sarco MPC2 High Efficiency Compressed Air Filter/Regulator is a compact, combination filter and regulator designed to deliver ultra-clean air for pneumatic actuators and control systems. It integrates a high-efficiency oil-removing filter with precise pressure control and features a ¼ in. tube connection, a 0–100 psi (0–6.9 bar) gaugeable operating range, and a 1½ in. pressure gauge for easy monitoring. The unit's construction uses an aluminum body with electrophoretic epoxy finish and a polycarbonate bowl and bonnet, while the replaceable filter element combines microfibre and stainless steel media to remove particulates down to 0.01 micron and oil aerosols to about 0.01 mg/m3, with 100% water removal at line temperature. A nitrile valve seals the flow, and the MPC2 ships with the FK21 fixing kit for direct mounting onto Spirax Sarco PN pneumatic actuators. The MPC2 is intended to provide high-quality compressed air and accurate pressure regulation for instrumentation, automation, and general-purpose pneumatic systems, combining filtration, moisture removal, and regulation in a single, space-efficient package.
