Spirax Sarco 54530C is a 1/2 inch TD52 thermodynamic steam trap with a stainless steel body and ENP finish, designed for high-temperature condensate removal in steam systems. It uses an inline horizontal piping configuration with FNPT connections and is built on an ASTM A743 CA40F body for durability in harsh service. The trap is rated for up to 600 psi and 800°F, delivering automatic condensate discharge near steam temperature and remaining unaffected by water hammer or superheat. Typical applications include steam mains drainage and tracer lines, process equipment, laundry and kitchen equipment, superheated steam lines, and outdoor installations in freezing conditions.
