Automation Direct SL4824-RR Temperature Controller

SL4824-RR is AutomationDirect’s SOLO standard temperature controller in a compact 1/32‑DIN package (48 mm wide, 24 mm high, 103 mm deep) designed for single‑loop temperature or process control. It accepts universal inputs, including thermocouples (types J, K, T, N, E, R, S, B, L, U, TXK) and RTDs (Pt100 and JPt100), plus analog signals (0–5 V, 0–10 V, 0–50 mV, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA), enabling flexible sensing for heating or cooling applications. Operating from 100–240 VAC, the device provides two Form A (SPST) relay outputs rated at 3 A each, with Output 2 selectable as an alarm output, and it includes an RS‑485 port for Modbus RTU/ASCII communications to integrate with PLCs or SCADA systems. The display comprises two 4‑digit PV readouts (PV digits 7 mm red) and SV readout (6 mm green), offering clear visibility of process values and setpoints.
