The SMC XLF-16-M9 is an aluminum high-vacuum angle valve that provides precise pneumatic control in demanding vacuum environments. This normally closed, O-ring shaft-sealed valve is air-operated and built around a 16 mm flange size, selectable with KF/NW (Nil) or K/DN (D) flange configurations to fit common vacuum manifolds. The M9 suffix denotes optional auto-switch integration; for flange size 16, the solid-state M9N auto switch variant is supported, while reed-switch options (such as A90/A93) are not applicable to 16 mm flanges.
