SMC VFS3100-3FZ Industrial Pneumatic Valve

SMC VFS3100-3FZ is a VFS3000-series 4-way, 2-position solenoid valve designed for compact automation systems. This 5-port base-mounted, body-ported valve features a die-cast aluminum body and a plug-in/air pilot spring-return actuator, with a built-in light/surge voltage suppressor for protection. It operates on a 110–120 VAC single-coil supply and offers RC-thread ports, enabling versatile installation options across pneumatic circuits. The valve delivers a Cv flow rate of 1.4/1.3 and a pressure range of 0.1 to 1 MPa, suitable for controlling air or inert gas in many industrial applications. Its compact footprint measures 5.079 in long, 1.28 in wide, and 2.323 in high, and it supports an operating temperature range of −10 to 60 C. Trim is metal-seal, contributing to reliable sealing performance over the life of the valve.
