SMC NVR2110-N01 Time Delay VR Valve

SMC NVR2110-N01 is a three-port time-delay valve from the VR2110 family, designed to insert a programmable pause into pneumatic circuits before an actuator or process event occurs. It operates from a supply pressure of 0–1.0 MPa (0–145 psi) and requires a control signal pressure of 0.25–0.8 MPa (36–116 psi) to start the timer, offering a delay range of 0.5–60 seconds with repeatability of ±10% full scale on representative units. The valve features a normally closed output path and resets when the input pressure is exhausted, enabling reliable retry timing. Encased in a die-cast aluminum body, the N01 variant uses a 1/8 in NPT porting for P (supply), A (output), and R (exhaust), with an approximate Cv of 0.14 for the 1/8 NPT configuration. It weighs about 518 g and operates from −5 to 60 °C (no freezing). Typical applications include sequencing and timed actuation in automated pneumatic systems, such as delaying valve actuation, staggered actuator cycles, or timed venting in process lines, where precise, repeatable timing and compact packaging are essential.
