SMC Corporation ZSE5B-02-27L Vacuum Pressure Switch

SMC ZSE5B-02-27L Vacuum Pressure Switch is a compact, self-contained device that monitors vacuum levels and outputs a digital signal to drive vacuum pumps and related equipment in automation lines. It uses a 1/4" PT sensing port and supports multiple switching configurations, including hysteresis and window comparator modes, with an added peak/bottom hold function for stable monitoring. The -27L variant provides an NPN open-collector output powered from a 12–24 VDC supply and can sink up to 80 mA, with typical wiring of Brown (+), Blue (−), and Black (output). Inside, the pressure sensor is SUS630, mounted in a PBT body with a PPO indicator panel and NBR seals for durability in industrial environments.
