SMC ZSE3-0X-21CN-D Vacuum Switch is a digital vacuum pressure switch in the ZSE3 family designed to monitor vacuum levels for ZX-series systems, powered from 12 to 24 VDC with a 3 1/2‑digit LCD readout of the sensed pressure. It delivers dual signaling through a NPN open-collector switch output (OUT1) plus a second output (OUT2) and an optional 1–5 V analog output with about 1 kΩ input impedance, with green and red LEDs indicating ON states for OUT1 and OUT2 respectively. Key specs include ≤25 mA current consumption, a maximum load current of 80 mA, a maximum applied voltage of 30 VDC, and a 5 ms response time, plus self-diagnosis for overcurrent, overpressure, data errors and zero-clear events.
