SMC Corporation XTO-1239-F02 Pilot Operated Check Valve

SMC XTO-1239-F02 Pilot Operated Check Valve is an inline, pilot-operated check valve from the XTO family, designed for pneumatic circuits that require backflow prevention with a controlled opening via a pilot signal. It features 1/4-G threaded ports on the main line and a 1/4-G pilot port, enabling compact installation with standard threads. The valve operates at 28.5–140 psi in the main line and accepts a pilot pressure of 0.2–1 MPa to shift; its ambient/fluids temperature range is -5 to 60 C (no freezing). The XTO-1239-F02 variant provides a 45 mm² effective flow area and an outside body diameter of 52 mm, offering a compact footprint for space-constrained installations. This configuration supports precise backflow control in automated pneumatic systems, remaining closed to prevent reverse flow until a pilot signal is applied and then opening to permit flow, returning to the closed state when the pilot is removed.
