SMC Corporation VFS4101-5FZ 4/5 Port Solenoid Valve

The SMC VFS4101-5FZ is a 5-port, two-position pilot-operated solenoid valve in the VFS4000 family, engineered for compact, reliable pneumatic control in automated systems. It uses metal seals and is available in plug-in or non plug-in variants, with base-mounted or body-ported manifolds and compatibility with VV5FS1–VV5FS5 manifolds for scalable valve arrays. The -04 variant features a 24 VDC coil and supports operating pressures from 0.1 MPa to 1.0 MPa, with P, A, B, R1, R2 ports offered in 3/8" or 1/2" connection sizes depending on orientation (side or bottom). This configuration makes it suitable for actuating cylinders and other pneumatic actuators in tight automation layouts where precise pilot control and space efficiency are essential.
