SMC VFS3200-5FZ is a 5-port, 2-position pilot-operated solenoid valve with metal-seal main valve construction, designed for precise air control in compact pneumatic circuits and for driving medium- to large-diameter cylinders. The aluminum-bodied unit features an internal pilot, a 24 V DC coil, and a plug-in base option that suits modular manifolds; porting is Rc-threaded and side-ported configurations are supported, with the ability to mount on VV5FS manifolds (VV5FS1–VV5FS5). Coil power is specified at about 2.04 W, and the manual override is a non-locking flush-type push actuator.
