SMC AVL5000-N10 Pneumatic Solenoid Valve Assembly

SMC AVL5000-N10 is a soft start-up pneumatic valve assembly that provides a controlled ramp of air flow in pneumatic circuits, protecting actuators and piping from sudden pressure spikes. As part of the AVL5000 family, the N10 configuration offers end connections in 3/4 in to 1 in nominal NPT sizes and is rated for 30 to 150 psi supply pressure. Electrical coil options include 12 or 24 VDC, and the assembly can be paired with attached parts such as AF60-N10D-8Z for actuation. Several AVL5000-N10 variants exist with lockout functionality, including AVL5000-N10-5DZ and AVL5000-N10P-5DZM-R, which provide a mechanical lock to hold the valve state. Typical applications include the soft-start control of pneumatic cylinders and protecting lines in automation setups where gradual pneumatic actuation is desired.
