SMC AFM40-N04D-Z-A Mist Separator Module

SMC AFM40-N04D-Z-A Mist Separator Module is a modular mist separator in the AFM‑D line, designed to remove entrained oil and fine aerosols from compressed air as part of a modular FRL assembly. The size‑40 AFM‑D unit provides nominal filtration of 0.3 µm and a maximum flow of up to 1100 L/min ANR at 0.7 MPa, helping meet high‑purity air requirements for downstream equipment. It accepts Rc, NPT, or G (PF) thread types, and the size‑40 models feature a transparent bowl guard for easy bowl inspection. The AFM‑D family is ISO 8573‑1:2010 compliant and integrates with other AF‑series air preparation components to tailor a complete filtration system for industrial, manufacturing, and clean‑room applications.
