The SMC AFF11B is a robust main-line air filter in the AFF family, engineered to remove oil, water droplets, and solid particulates from compressed air before it reaches downstream components, thereby protecting dryers, precision filters, and a wide range of pneumatic equipment from contamination and fouling while maintaining stable filtration across typical factory pressure ranges. It uses a 3 μm filtration element (AFF-EL11B) with a claimed filtration efficiency of ≥99% for oil mist and particulates, and the AFF line delivers a broad flow range suitable for various system sizes—roughly 300 to 45,000 L/min ANR—with multiple flange options, including 1/8 to 4B-style ports to fit standard pipe connections.
