SMC AF40-N03B-Z inline pneumatic filter assembly removes moisture and particulates from compressed air in 3/8 in NPT line circuits, protecting downstream valves, cylinders, and actuators. It uses a 5 µm filtration element to capture water droplets and fine debris, helping extend component life and reduce downtime in automated systems. The filter’s lightweight, compact body mates to standard 3/8" NPT ports, and the transparent polycarbonate bowl allows quick visual checks of the filtration status. The AF40-N03B-Z family is rated for up to 145 psi (1.0 MPa) maximum operating pressure, making it suitable for most industrial compressed-air applications. A bracketed variant AF40-N03B-Z-A is available for simple mounting, and other configurations in the AF40 line accommodate different drain and mounting needs.
