SMC AC20-N02C-CZ-A Pneumatic Filter Lubricator Assembly

SMC AC20-N02C-CZ-A Pneumatic Filter Lubricator Assembly is a compact FRL unit built on the 20-series body that delivers clean, regulated, and lubricated air to downstream pneumatic components. It features 1/4 in NPT inlet and outlet ports, an automatic drain, and a polycarbonate filter bowl guarded by a bowl guard. The filter uses a 5 micron element to remove particulates before reaching actuators, while the regulator provides a set pressure range of 0.05 to 0.7 MPa (7–100 psi) and the overall unit supports up to 1 MPa maximum operating pressure. The lubricator bowl has a capacity of about 0.85 oz, and the filter bowl can hold roughly 0.27 oz, with the assembly measuring an overall width of 5 in to fit compact control panels alongside other AC-series modules. Designed for automation and manufacturing environments, this FRL assembly is suitable for supplying pneumatic cylinders, valves, and other equipment with a consistent supply of filtered, lubricated air at the required pressure.
