SKF SK-31-ZN Modular Doser Safematic DuoFlex Lubrication System

The SKF SG-31-ZN is a modular, single-lube-point doser in the Safematic DuoFlex lubrication system, designed to meter grease or oil to a single lubrication point per cycle. In the ZN variant, its dosage range is 8.5–56 g per cycle, enabling precise, repeatable lubrication for compact points in a dual-line DuoFlex installation. For applications requiring two dosing points, the SG-32-ZN variant provides a two-point doser with a total dosage range of 4.3–28 g per cycle. These SG dosers are part of SKF’s DuoFlex family and are cataloged as 12388110 SG-31-ZN (one lube point) and 12388160 SG-32-ZN (two lube points), respectively.
